Safety Inspection
A safety inspection of homes is essential in the prevention of fires, electric shock and damage of household appliances.
The Safety Inspection includes a visual inspection of the Switchboard/Fuse Box, its cables and terminations. All RCD’s are tested and inspected, as well Circuit breakers and Surge Protection Devices. Further tests are done on the earthing of the installation. In addition, we appropriately label, and test each circuit’s amperage. Our inspection also involves checking correct termination and wattage of lights, switches and power points. Any outdoor power or lighting is also included. The inspection is done to recommend changes and or repairs to avoid any potential faults and limitations within the electrical installation.
